First and Foremost; I Am Not Here To Convince Anyone of Anything This website is going to cover a lot of topics related to how America and most of the world became enslaved to a handful of Aristocrat families and how they over the many centuries managed to put themselves in charge of the worlds resources. How this small group of wealthy people were able to put the pursuit of money, prestige and power above all else. How they crippled entire countries through war and adversity by pitting man against machine and the poor against each other to fund and finance by means of debt and interest bearing loans all the while playing both sides of the battle line. Along with the above objective, we will dive into things closer to the shores of the united states of America by exploring our Banking system, Police Powers, how money is created, who the real President of the united states of America is and who is just pretending while they occupy the role of CEO of a for profit corporation. We will look at the Patriot movement and try to determine what the motive is behind all of the rhetoric. Is it genuine? Can they be trusted? When someone claims to be the fiduciary of the Untied States of America unincorporated, what do they mean? How did they get into that position? If I say that in my past generations of ancestors they were given certain instruments to determine my linage as the Head of State for America, then I better have proof. Some of the topics we will discuss affect our everyday lives. Topics like: Driver’s License: Do I actually have to obtain a Driver’s License to go about my personal life using the public roads and highways? Does the issue actually hide beneath the very terms we use to identify these passageways? Registration: Closely related to the above is the relinquishing of rights when we “register” our bought and paid for automobile, car, truck, conveyance, motorcycle or whatever type of transportation we depend on to for work or pleasure. Is it lawful or is it just legal and does it actually apply to an American not employed by the city, county, state or federal government? Land: Is it possible to find and own outright a parcel of land and search out the Allodial Title to that property which would eliminate all obligations of paying property taxes, insurance and other incumbrancers of land ownership. Birth Certificate: A lot and I mean a lot of people are coming out claiming that we were registered as property with the state and the US Gov., when we were born. They claim that we are the value and all of our debts are prepaid. But no one has proved it yet. Is it true or not? We will work on the facts and see what we find. Restore the Republic: Did the original design of our country start with a form of government called a Republic. Well the facts certainly do support it. But are we living under a Republic today? If not, what happened and how do we get it back? Money: What is it really? Where does it come from? Income Tax: Oh the pain! If paying Federal Taxes is legal, to whom is it legal for? Who must pay that tax and why? How do we stop the steal? The US Treasury, Federal Reserve and Banking: When we apply for a loan from any lending institution, where doe the money come from? What is the process used by bank and lending companies that provides the actual funds for the loan? Is this a scheme related to the Birth Certificate Registration process? Law Enforcement Officers: Who do they actually work for and how do they derive their perceived authority? The Constitution: Who were the Founding Fathers really? Does that document really protect “We the People” as we live and breath on these united states of the Union? Or dies it apply to someone else? Second: My Goal Is To Provide Evidence Which Is Not Circumstantial My goal here is not to be a parrot of the topical content that I been exposed to time and time again. Because you know that even a lie will sound like truth if you hear it often enough and for long enough length of time. And lies that have a little truth sprinkled in here and there can be so convincing, can’t they. But lies have a definite set of identifiers. In keeping with our list of subjects above we will use the following “lie or half-lie” indicators. In no specific order we might use: The “False Equivalency” or “En Legis” Legal Argument This is the most common identifier in pseudolaw. The author sets up a definition that sounds legal but is actually a misinterpretation of a specific term, then builds an entire argument on that faulty foundation. The “You Keep Using That Word” Phenomenon (Catachresis) This refers to the misuse of legal or academic jargon to sound authoritative. The author uses complex terms, but if you actually know what those terms mean, the sentence makes no sense. The “Universal Solvent” Claim (Too Good to Be True) If the content offers a simple, secret loophole that “they” don’t want you to know, it is almost certainly a lie. This is the “get rich quick” scheme of the information world. The “Revelatory Tone” and Us vs. Them Dichotomy Deceptive narratives often construct a social identity to trap the reader. They frame the information as a suppressed truth that only the “awake” or “sovereign” individuals can understand, contrasting them with the “sheeple” or the “corrupt government.” The “No True Scotsman” Defense Against Contradiction This is a logical fallacy embedded in the text or the comments section. When presented with evidence that contradicts the narrative (like a court case where someone tried the “right to travel” argument and went to jail), the response is pre-emptively framed. We’ll expand on these as the written word is developed and many questions will arise to guide our own open minded ability to think for ourselves. In the mean time. A Checklist for Reading Content I don’t want any of the “fake news” content identifiers to apply to the content of the site that bears my name so to protect ourselves from these false narratives, let’s ask these three questions when reading a post that claims to reveal a secret or loophole or dives into the many disclosures rampant today: Does the logic hold up in reality? (If this “loophole” worked, wouldn’t everyone be using it? Wouldn’t the government have closed it by now?) Is it using words I don’t understand to sound smart? (Look up the terms. If the sentence becomes gibberish once you know the definition, the author is bluffing.) Is it asking me to feel superior to others? (If the text spends more time telling you how “woke” or “free” you’ll be by believing it, rather than providing verifiable evidence, it’s likely a manipulation.) Here is what you can expect when reading a post on my website; Each piece of written content with begin with an introduction of a mutually experienced issue or problem. Something that many people come in contact with knowingly or not. Like “traffic stops” for example. Followed by why it is a problem and then a letter style body of “who”, “what “when”, “where”, “why” and “how”. In other words, if the shoe fits let’s wear it. The final part of the post will attempt to supply the remedy to the problem. What we might consider doing in an affirmative action oriented way to help ourselves correct why the issue affects our life in a negative way. Lastly there will be a list of footnotes containing court cases or other “verifiable” references that through my own research, provides enough concrete evidence to support the “cause and effect” portion of the issue. Just for Fun There will be a section of “Stories”. Not lies, but events from my life that I deem humorous or contain life lessons. Told from my perspective and with my twist on things. Sometimes serious and sometimes sad. We all have these no doubt. That is where the Little Rascals with Spankey and the Gang, the Cosby Kids and many more came from.
